We are available for normal maintenance work during business hours (our current timezone is GMT+2) and 24/7 for emergencies. We will install, monitor, update and maintain your servers / websites. If there is any problem outside our reach we will contact your datacenter personally and make sure that it gets fixed.

You deal with us personally at all times. We will take the time to listen to you, get to know you and understand your needs. Our response time is usually less than one hour during business hours (it's actually more close to 5-10 minutes in most cases). Marius's average response time in case of an emergency is close to 0 minutes. If you call Marius and you have an urgent problem, he will try to help you on the spot.
Marius has a monitoring system in place so if any server goes down he will probably know it before you do, so in most cases you don't even need to call him, he gets notified in less than 1 minute if something goes wrong.
